Love In the Name of Christ is a proven model that networks local churches, church volunteers, and community organizations together to help people in need.
Through the partnership of our 60+ churches and 40+ Gap Ministries, Love INC provides basic needs such as children and adult clothing, furniture, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, means for transportation, and offers a path of hope towards life transformation through our New Creation Program and much more through generous donations.
We believe that through loving our neighbors, transformation is possible, and scripture tells us that love never fails. (I Corinthians 13:8).

When you have a need, you can call Love INC, where a caring, well-equipped volunteer will take the time to listen and care for you with compassion and discernment. Because everything we do revolves around relationships. Love INC isn’t about transactions and checking off boxes. We value transformation for our neighbors, churches and communities.
Our Clearinghouse can be reached at (517) 552-3620 and is open Monday - Thursday 10am - 2pm.
You can receive holistic help through a network of church and community services and resources. Church members are given the opportunity to use their gifts in specific, manageable ways to serve others.
This ministry moves beyond meeting short-term needs into a transforming ministry. This program trains volunteers to journey alongside you through weekly enrichment classes, one on one mentoring and budget coaching. This provides a supportive environment to you positively cope, identify strengths, and set goals. This holistic program encompasses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components of life.
The friendships that develop and the transformation that occurs impact the lives of participants and volunteers alike!
